Reclaim your life after trauma.

Trauma

Trauma doesn’t simply fade with time—it needs care, attention, and the right support to be processed. Facing it can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy, including EMDR, can help your mind and body work through what you’ve experienced so it no longer holds the same intensity.

Do any of these experiences resonate with you?

You may find your thoughts pulled back to what happened, even when you try to focus on the present. Certain situations, sensations, or memories might trigger strong emotional or physical reactions. You might feel constantly on edge, shut down, or disconnected. While others may expect you to “move on,” you know it’s not that simple. You’re doing your best to function day-to-day, but something still feels unsettled—like your sense of safety or stability has been disrupted. It may be hard to imagine feeling fully like yourself again.

I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your experiences can be processed at your own pace. Through EMDR, we can help your brain reprocess difficult memories so they become less distressing and more integrated. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this healing process.

What we’ll work on:

  • Processing and resolving traumatic experiences using EMDR

  • Reducing the intensity of triggers and emotional distress

  • Developing a stronger sense of safety and stability

  • Shifting negative core beliefs to more adaptive, empowering ones

  • Building effective coping and grounding strategies

  • Improving emotional awareness and regulation

  • Increasing your ability to stay present and connected

  • Supporting a renewed sense of control, confidence, and forward movement
