My office is conveniently located in Metairie, LA. I also offer virtual therapy for all Louisiana residents, where you are able to connect from your home via a secure telehealth platform.

Accessibility to therapy is important to me. If you are a Louisiana resident and you have high-speed internet access via a computer or mobile device, you can access online therapy with me.

I will provide you with a link prior to our session via a HIPAA compliant portal. At the time of our session, from the comfort of your home, you will click the link and our work will begin.

As with in-person therapy, I will ensure your privacy on my end by providing a safe and secure therapy environment.

I absolutely do, and I love in-person sessions! I provide in-person therapy sessions in Metairie, LA, as well as online therapy, which ensures ease and convenience to my clients.

My fees are:

$150 per 55 minute individual therapy session.

$350 per 2 hour EMDR intensive.

$175 per couples therapy session.

EMDR intensives are offered as a private-pay service and are separate from standard psychotherapy sessions. Superbills are not provided for EMDR intensive services, and insurance will not be billed or submitted on behalf of the client.

I am in-network with the following insurances:

United Healthcare

For all other insurances, I am considered an out-of-network provider. Super Bills can be provided upon request. Please contact your network to learn about your out-of-network benefits and Super Bill eligibility.

My cancellation policy requires a 24 hour notice via email. Appointments canceled within the 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur the full session fee.
